By using PollVibe you agree to these terms.

1. Public polls

Every published poll and its results are public. Do not publish confidential or personal information.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the polls, options and images you submit. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights.

3. Prohibited use

• Unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit or deceptive content.
• Polls impersonating officials or presenting results as official election outcomes.
• Attempts to manipulate voting by automation, scripts or bypassing the vote limit.
• Attacking, scraping aggressively or overloading the service.

4. Voting limits

One vote per browser per poll is enforced with a browser token. It is not identity verification and does not guarantee one person, one vote.

5. Moderation

We may close or remove any poll at any time, without notice, including polls reported by users.

6. No warranty

PollVibe is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of results or fitness for any purpose, and are not liable for decisions made based on poll results.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
